Geysa and Jose were such a fun and down to earth couple. They wanted was a unique location where they could profess their commitment to each other and some amazing pictures, ending with an intimate dinner at an elegant and unique place. They were stylish, elegant and unique as a couple and their intimate ceremony and reception absolutely had to reflect that. The Laberinto de Horta or Labyrinth Park of Horta was the ideal place. Barcelona Brides provided a sweet and personal elopement ceremony, and a stunning bouquet and buttonhole which was as stylish, clean and elegant as the couple themselves. Photography by And I Love You So. Unique hair and make up was provided by Anechka. The vintage Seat car was the ideal ride for them to see the whole of Barcelona and then finish off their photo tour at the authentic Los Caracoles restaurant where they enjoyed a semi private space and live music.
Jose proposed at a beautiful national park in front of monuments. So we knew they wanted some special and what better than a magical little secret like Laberinto de Horta. Full of beautiful, Italian-inspired terraces, statues of Greek gods (including that of Eros, Greek God of Love) and pavillons, the Laberinto de Horta is also the oldest garden and hedge maze in Barcelona. The maze and it’s tall manicured hedge walls create over 2,000 feet of twists and turns for visitors to get lost in. What better place to profess their love for one another?
I loved photographing this special Laberinto de Horta celebration and getting to know an amazing couple all the way from New York.
